Role Description

The International Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and providing tailored insurance solutions to clients. The day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing personalized advice, and maintaining relationships with clients. The consultant will stay updated on market trends and product offerings while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to identify and close business opportunities
• Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to stay updated on market trends and in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills
• High level of organizational ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools is an advantage
• Relevant work experience in sales or insurance is preferred
• Understanding of the insurance and fintech industry is a plus
• Graduate degree in a relevant field is required, MBA is an added advantage
