Currently, upGrad holds 100% stake in the company, making it a prominent player in the education sector. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Edutech-Agency or Student Recruitment Business. Your key tasks will include staying abreast of industry trends to guide strategic planning, training education agents to effectively market the brand, and sourcing agents through various channels such as fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and general searches. Moreover, having prior experience in recruiting international students through a B2B model will be advantageous. You should demonstrate a proven track record in identifying and nurturing potential business partners, as well as maintaining strong client relationships. Conducting thorough client research and engaging with influential figures in the industry will also be part of your responsibilities.
