As an International Partnership Coordinator in the study abroad domain, your role involves driving and maintaining strategic recruitment partnerships with universities in the UK and Europe. This includes securing contracts, building stakeholder relationships, coordinating with internal teams, delivering training sessions, and ensuring timely contract renewals. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and secure recruitment-based contracts with universities in the UK and Europe. - Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to design partnership proposals aligned with institutional needs. - Research and identify key decision-makers like placement officers, deans, and heads of departments. - Establish contact and build strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders. - Serve as the primary point of contact for university partners, ensuring regular and effective communication. - Foster trust-based relationships for ongoing engagement and satisfaction. - Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align partnership goals and ensure successful onboarding. - Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and orientations for university stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records of contract durations and renewal cycles. - Ensure timely follow-up and execution of renewal processes with necessary documentation. - Address compliance or service delivery issues proactively. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the study abroad domain, specifically related to UK and Europe. - Expertise in study visa counseling, admissions, partnership management, client servicing, or university outreach. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. - Experience in delivering training or onboarding sessions is highly desirable. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Familiarity with CRM platforms and office productivity tools. - Understanding of academic institutions, placement processes, and recruitment trends.
