Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead Key Account Management for international markets, specializing in industrial products such as Black Angles, Solar Structures, Wind Lattice Towers, and Fasteners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic global clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • International Marketing & Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target international markets.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
    • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Product Expertise:

    • Promote and position products including Black Angles, Solar Structures, Wind Lattice Towers, and Fasteners.
    • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:

    • Work closely with supply chain, finance, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Resolve client issues and ensure smooth post-sales support.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in international marketing and key account management.
  • Proven track record in handling industrial products and global clients.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade compliance.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
