International Logistics & Accounts Executive

As an International Logistics & Accounts Executive at House of Ankit in Indore, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and logistics for our U.S. business. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and reconciling AP/AR, overseeing daily cash flow, ensuring accurate monthly closures, budgeting, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will conduct costing, profitability, and variance analysis while coordinating documentation and overseeing team deliverables. In terms of logistics and supply chain management, you will be responsible for managing international freight, customs, and export documentation. Your role will involve optimizing inventory movement, negotiating with vendors and logistics partners, preparing logistics KPIs, and troubleshooting issues to ensure timely deliveries. You will utilize logistics software and apply LEAN practices to enhance efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in international logistics and accounting. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. Experience in freight brokerage, export house operations, and vendor management is required, along with proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks. Strong communication, customer service skills, and an analytical mindset are crucial for success in this position. Preferred skills for this role include experience with global supply chain coordination, knowledge of LEAN methodology or Six Sigma, and the ability to manage client relationships and support business development. The work schedule for this position involves a minimum of 4+ hours night shift for U.S. coordination and 4 hours of flexible day hours.
