Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion through strategic account planning.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue generation from existing clients, as well as new business development.
  • Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-12 years' experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, SaaS sales or large account management.
  • Proven track record in key account management, client engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
