Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the International Inbound Voice Process located in Nashik. The responsibilities include handling inbound calls from international clients, resolving customer queries, providing accurate and timely information, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires active communication, coordination with team members, and adherence to company protocols and service quality standards to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, active listening, and a professional approach to resolving customer concerns
• Experience in customer service, call handling, and providing timely solutions
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and adapt to dynamic customer needs
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software
• Basic understanding of technical support and troubleshooting processes
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones
• Previous experience in the customer service or call center industry is preferred
• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
