We are currently looking for Customer Service Executives/Technical Support Executives to join our Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) during US Shift timings. The roles and responsibilities associated with this position include: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnosing the problems effectively and providing suitable solutions to the customers. - Recommending and selling technical support plans along with relevant software products. The benefits and facilities offered by Adeeba E-Services include: - Fixed Salary credited on the 1st of every month to your Salary Account - 24 leaves in a year along with comp offs and birthday leaves - Lucrative Incentive schemes - No extension of shift timings - Supportive and friendly working environment We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Excellent communication skills in English - Previous experience in Outbound Tech Support for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year - Ability to independently close customer calls - Strong convincing and sales skills Interested candidates must be able to commence work immediately. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 15,000 to 22,000 per month (fixed), along with attractive incentives. The working shift timings are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am (US Shift) for 6 days a week.
