Job Description

International HR Coordinator manages international employee assignments, relocations and compensation programs. This role ensures the smooth transition of expatriate employees, compliance with global tax and immigration regulations. This position is not for Visa process coordination . Key Responsibilities: Global Mobility Management Coordinate international assignments, including expatriate assignments, transfers, and remote cross-border arrangements. Partner with external providers (immigration, tax, relocation vendors) to ensure compliance and seamless employee support. Develop and maintain international assignment policies (e.g., long-term, short-term, commuter policies). Compensation & Benefits Conduct global market analyses and benchmarking to recommend competitive international salary structures and allowances (e.g., COLA, housing, hardship premiums). Design and update expatriate compensation packages, balancing equity, competitiveness, and cost control. Support annual global compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and equity awards for mobile employees. Monitor global compliance related to taxation, social security, and local labor laws impacting mobile staff. Policy Development & Compliance Ensure alignment with international mobility and compensation policies Provide support to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on people mobility. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in all mobility and compensation activities. Data Management & Reporting Manage data integrity for international assignees in HRIS systems: SAP -Success Factors Prepare regular reports and dashboards on assignment status, mobility costs, expatriate compensation, and compliance metrics. Key Skills Required: Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across regions and cultures. Proficient with HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, multinational environment.
