International Non Voice Process - Email & Chat Support!

Customer Support Executive

Immediate joiners required!!!!!!

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and issues through
email, chat or Discord
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer problems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Identify recurring issues and escalate complex cases to higher support levels or management.
Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

Proven experience into
International chat & Email support.
Excellent written communication and comprehension skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work in
rotational or night shifts!
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must successfully pass a background check.
