Working Time : Rotational 9 Hour Shift (5 pm 12 pm IST)

Job Summary:

The International Process Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Work from Home position

involves managing customer inquiries, issues, and providing information for clients located in

different countries. This remote role requires excellent communication skills, cultural

sensitivity, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a home-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries from an

international customer base.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products,

services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high degree of professionalism

and efficiency.

2. Problem Solving:

  • Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when

necessary.

3. Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and

transactions.

  • Update customer information in the company database as required.

4. Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level

agreements (SLAs).

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product

knowledge and customer service techniques.

5. Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the

customer experience.

6. Performance Metrics:

  • Achieve and maintain performance metrics such as call handling time, customer

satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

  • Continuously improve personal performance through feedback and self-

assessment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO or call center

environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language

skills are a plus).

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection(with static IP).

• A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace at home.

• Desktop / Laptop with a minimum of [i5 processor & 8 GB Ram].

• Headset with microphone for clear communication.
