Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to join
our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, provide timely
follow-ups, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat and email in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues
Follow up on open cases to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries
Meet individual performance metrics including response time, quality, and resolution rate
Requirements:
2+ year of experience in customer support or a related field (international voice support preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be willing to work from the office in Coimbatore
