Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative located in Srinagar. The International Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer communications, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Experience in achieving Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Experience in international customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
