Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary while ensuring seamless communication with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling US processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client handling and customer relationship management.
  • Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).
