Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary while ensuring seamless communication with customers. Desired Candidate Profile Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements. 0-2 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling US processes. Excellent communication skills for effective client handling and customer relationship management. Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).
