Position Overview

Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international clients via phone, email, or chat.
  
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or technical issues.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
  
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
  
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, quality scores, and attendance.
  
• Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and client expectations.
  
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per international business hours.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Strong customer-service orientation with active listening and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in typing & CRM tools.
  
• Ability to handle difficult customers and maintain composure under pressure.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends (as required).
  

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma / 10+2 / Equivalent.
  
• Graduate degree preferred.
  
• Prior experience in international customer support (voice/chat/email) is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
