International Customer Service Representative

As an International Senior Customer Service Representative at HCLTech located in Noida, you will play a crucial role as the point of contact for all transaction-based customer issues. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure prompt, accurate, and satisfactory resolution of customer requests. Your key duties and responsibilities will include managing calls and customer service inquiries, proactively making outbound calls when necessary, identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure their satisfaction, providing precise and complete information using appropriate tools and methods, nurturing sustainable relationships with customers through transparent and engaging communication, addressing customer complaints effectively by offering suitable solutions within specified timeframes, maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and organizing documents as required. Additionally, you will be expected to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies meticulously. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken, along with proven experience in handling customer complaints and a dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences through effective resolutions and adherence to response times. A graduate in any stream is required, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in an international environment, specifically in Voice or Blended processes.
