Role Overview

As an International Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a global customer base. Your mission: deliver outstanding support across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and social media—ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering international growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound queries via phone, email, chat, and social media from international customers promptly and professionally
• Diagnose and resolve product issues, billing questions, order statuses, returns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Provide accurate product/service information, order tracking details, and promotional updates
• Process orders: generate pro forma invoices, shipping docs, returns, and refunds accurately
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and share customer feedback
• Meet key performance indicators (response times, resolution rates, satisfaction scores)
• Stay current on product knowledge, cultural norms, and global market trends
• Work flexible hours to cover multiple time zones effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
