Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of international business and cultural awareness. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
