Job Title: International Customer Advisor (Night Shift)

Location: XLNC Exotic Group, PPR Mall, Jalandhar
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.(NIGHT)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident International Customer Advisors to join our night-shift support team. In this role, you will communicate with international customers, resolve queries, provide product or service information, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from international clients
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
• Meet performance metrics and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Prior BPO or customer support experience is an added advantage
