Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive for the Voice Process at BROADBAND, your role involves handling inbound/outbound voice calls, troubleshooting customer technical queries, providing resolutions related to internet, broadband, hardware & software, maintaining call quality and process compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting performance metrics. You will be required to have excellent communication skills, a Versant score of 60 (mandatory), documented experience in contact center operations, a strong understanding of customer service processes, and the ability to handle calls efficiently and professionally. Graduates and undergraduates are both eligible as per company norms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound/outbound voice calls effectively - Troubleshoot customer technical queries regarding broadband and internet issues - Provide resolutions related to hardware & software problems - Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process compliance - Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance metrics **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication skills - Versant score of 60 (mandatory) - Documented experience in contact center operations - Strong understanding of customer service processes - Ability to handle calls efficiently and professionally - Graduation/Undergraduate as per company norms In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, the position offers a competitive salary package based on experience level, including a CTC of 4.8 LPA for experienced candidates with an in-hand approximate salary of 32,000 and a CTC of 3.80 LPA for freshers with an in-hand approximate salary of 25,000. Technical requirements include hands-on knowledge of broadband & internet troubleshooting, basic hardware & software issue resolution, system navigation, and technical problem-solving skills. This full-time role based in Kolkata, West Bengal, requires candidates with a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education qualification and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process. The role involves working from the office and offers benefits such as Provident Fund. Relocation to Kolkata, West Bengal, is required for this position.,
