Job Description

As an International Customer Support Executive based in Bangalore, you will join a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our global customers through voice, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries from international clients via voice/email/chat support. - Deliver timely and effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. - Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance. - Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary. - Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice or non-voice process (BPO preferred). - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. - Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts and rotational offs. - Strong problem-solving ability and customer-handling skills. - Immediate or early joiners preferred.
