Role & responsibilities

Resolve international customer queries over chat.
Minimum 12months of international dual chat exp.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationaships and trust with customer account throgh open and interactive commuincation.

Requirements and skills

Prove customer support experience or experience as a clinet service representative.
35+WPM Typing speed with 90+accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritiz and manage time effectively.
Duale chat conturency.
Candidate must have 6 months of minimum chat exp.
Shift (Rotational - Majorly Night shift).
