Job Title: International Chat Support Executive

Company: Arise Solution

Location: Ahmedabad / Vadodara

Salary: Up to 40,000 CTC/Month

About the Role

International Chat Support

Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time support to international customers via chat and email.
Resolve product or service-related queries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build rapport.
Escalate unresolved queries to the designated department when required.
Work with CRM/ticketing tools and update records accurately.
Follow communication guidelines, process workflows, and SLAs.
Multitask while handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication (written) and comprehension skills.
Minimum Typing Speed:
3545 WPM
with high accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable to work in
Rotational Shifts & Night Shift
(US/UK process).
Prior experience in chat/email support or international BPO is an advantage.

Education & Experience

Minimum qualification:
Graduate (Preferred) / HSC with Experience
Experience:
05 Years
in Chat Support / Customer Service / BPO
