This is a remote position.

Key responsibilities include making sales pitches, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and accurately recording customer interactions in a CRM system. Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills, along with the ability to meet targets, are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Contacting prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services, explain benefits, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming customer calls, answering questions, and providing information or solutions related to products and services. Lead Generation: Generating new leads by identifying and engaging with potential clients and following up with them to convert them into customers. Customer Support: Resolving customer complaints, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer engagement. Key Skills & Requirements Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with customers. Persuasion Skills: The ability to clearly explain product features and benefits and to persuade customers to make a purchase. Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs. Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, time effectively, and maintaining accurate records. Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively handling customer issues and finding appropriate solutions. Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use CRM software.
