Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. Inbound Calls: Handling calls from customers who have questions, need support, or want to place orders. Customer Engagement: Providing information about products, explaining benefits, and offering solutions to customer needs. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call logs within a CRM system. Sales and Lead Generation: Persuading customers to make purchases, convert leads into sales, and meet sales targets. Problem Resolution: Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner. Market Research: Gathering information from the target market and recording customer feedback for follow-up actions.
