Key responsibilities include making calls using scripts, explaining product features, resolving issues, maintaining customer databases, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential skills include strong verbal communication, persuasive speaking, active listening, organizational skills, and the ability to handle pressure. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. Inbound Calls: Handling calls from customers who have questions, need support, or want to place orders. Customer Engagement: Providing information about products, explaining benefits, and offering solutions to customer needs. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call logs within a CRM system. Sales and Lead Generation: Persuading customers to make purchases, convert leads into sales, and meet sales targets. Problem Resolution: Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner. Market Research: Gathering information from the target market and recording customer feedback for follow-up actions. Required Skills and Qualities Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication, with clear and persuasive speaking ability. Persuasion & Negotiation: The ability to persuade customers, handle objections, and negotiate effectively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and interact professionally with various customer types.
