Responsibilities:

  • Job Role will involve handling

    Vendor calls, emails and text messages.

  • Convey accurate and required information

    to the Clients and Other Stakeholders.
  • Managing the

    Lifecycle of the order request

    within the timelines as per SOPs.
  • Resolving client/vendor queries over call

    and managing order queue as per SLA.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be flexible to work in

    US shifts

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills, preferably from International calling background.
  • Should have excellent skill in email and text message handling.
  • Should have good typing and multi-tasking skills.
