Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and strategize with senior-level executives and CXO’s (HR Leaders mainly) at prospect companies to demonstrate how KNR adds value to their business.
• Develop new business for the Executive Search, Talent Mapping, and Interim Solutions.
• Create a strong pipeline industry-wise, and focus on meetings with prospects from India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Africa and Europe.
• Develop and cultivate deep relationships with companies - Senior Executives
• like VP’s, Heads and Director (HR).
• Manage large global key accounts and take P&L responsibility.
• Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information.
• Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
• Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.
• Maintaining the database of clients and the agreements sent.
• Work with the internal team to ensure the timely delivery of services to clients and ensure that client's expectations are met.
• Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience of working within a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Customer-focused with the ability to recognize sales opportunities.

Social Media addicted candidates will have an added advantage.

Can lead a team soon after kick-starting career with KNR.

Strong Network of Relationships with key decision makers at the leading companies internationally

Strong exposure to working in the recruitment & executive Search business.
