Job Description

International Business Development Manager- Chemicals Division

Location:

Role Summary:

Oversee international business operations for the Chemicals division. Responsible for developing new markets, managing key client relationships, and achieving export growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement global business development strategies for chemical exports.
Identify and develop new distributors and customers in overseas markets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with global clients.
Build strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
Monitor international market trends, demand-supply patterns, and competitor activities.
Manage and mentor the export sales team for performance excellence
Ensure compliance with export laws, REACH regulations, and chemical trade norms.
Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering / International Business / MBA Marketing.
58 years of experience in international business for chemicals/trading industry (Prakash Chemicals, Meghmani, or similar background preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of international trade and export operations.
