As a Business Development Manager (International Sales) at Bioneau Group, your primary responsibility will be to drive the company's expansion in the USA and European markets. This will involve developing clients, boosting export sales, and building distributor/OEM partnerships. Your role will require a strong focus on international lead generation, customer relationship management, and aligning strategies with global market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Strong experience in international B2B sales in Pharma/Biotech equipment - Lead generation funnel management & overall international business development - Knowledge of export regulations, contracts, and international pricing models - Ability to build and manage distributor and OEM networks - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills - Familiarity with digital lead generation and international trade fairs Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or related field - 5-7 years of international sales experience preferred If you are someone with a passion for international sales, a knack for building strong client relationships, and a drive to explore new market opportunities, we encourage you to share your resume with us at hr@bioneau.com.
