International Business Development Manager

As an International Business Development Manager at our company, your role will involve establishing strategic partnerships across international markets to expand our presence and impact in the molecular pathology field. You will work closely with distributors, national accounts, and internal teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute international business development strategies aimed at growing the business in target markets. - Develop and manage relationships with distributors to drive sales and expand market share. - Manage and grow existing national and strategic accounts while identifying opportunities for new revenue streams. - Develop strategies to engage with new distributors for successful market entry and penetration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of distribution plans and strategies. - Utilize industry knowledge to drive sales of tumor diagnosis, tissue diagnosis, molecular pathology, and omics technology products. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. - BS/MS degree in Life Sciences or a related field. An MBA degree would be advantageous.
