Role & responsibilities

  • Lead international sales initiatives to achieve or exceed revenue targets across assigned regions.
  • Identify and prioritize high-growth markets and develop tailored strategies for customer acquisition and market penetration.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key international clients, partners, CXO, Owners etc.
  • Lead negotiations with top-tier international clients and oversee key account management for long-term partnerships for business development and growth
  • Manage KOLs of the region

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

Education:

  • Proven success in building and scaling international sales teams in the biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
  • Strong at negotiation and new vendor development.
  • Industry preferred Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices/Diagnostics/ Hospitals etc
  • Open to travel extensively across the globe
