Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.

• Provide information about our services and answer customer queries professionally.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

• Generate new leads and acquire international clients to contribute to company growth.

• Monitor and analyses client feedback to improve service quality.

• Recommend relevant upgrades or solutions based on client needs.


Requirements and Skills:

• BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce), MBA (Master of Business Administration) or a related field with a strong interest in international sales, client acquisition, and global market expansion.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.

• Interest in business development and international markets.

• Adaptability to changing business trends and sales strategies.
