About the Role

We are looking for a motivated International Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) with some experience in international sales, preferably in the Gulf/Dubai market, to drive sales of our digital marketing services. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communicating with international clients, understands inside sales processes, and is eager to grow in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert international leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Handle inside sales for digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
• Engage with clients from Gulf countries (UAE/Dubai preferred) to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct online presentations, proposals, and negotiations with international prospects.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Achieve assigned international sales targets and KPIs.

What We Are Looking For

• 6 months -1 years of experience in international sales or inside sales (Gulf market exposure preferred).
• Basic to good understanding of digital marketing services and IT solutions.
• Experience working with Dubai/UAE/Gulf clients is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
• Comfortable with virtual meetings, international calling, and different time zones.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in international sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
