Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from US-based customers regarding telecom services
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, plan upgrades OR technical troubleshooting.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
  • Follow all company protocols and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working night shifts and in a high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
