Domestic Customer Support Executive

Key and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from domestic customers .
  • Identify customer needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Accurately log all interactions, customer feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Share insights and customer feedback to improve processes and services.
  • Educate customers about available services and upsell when appropriate.
