Roles and Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and voice support professionally.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
