Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven BDE to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, driving sales outreach, and ensuring smooth client onboarding and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Research and identify potential customers and target industries for our products/services.
• Use social media, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate quality leads.

Prospect Qualification

• Engage with leads to understand their requirements and evaluate their potential.
• Collect necessary information to effectively qualify prospects.

Sales Outreach

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to initiate discussions with potential clients.
• Present and explain the value proposition of our products/services to create interest.
• Prepare and share proposals based on client discussions.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice creation and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Follow up to ensure payments are received within the agreed period.

Data Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions.
• Ensure data integrity and provide regular updates to the sales team on lead progress.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development in international market , inside sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
