Responsibilities Handle inbound travel sales queries. Provide expert travel consultation and itinerary planning. Convert leads into confirmed bookings. Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Requirements Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Energetic, thoughtful, and sales-oriented. Willing to work night shifts (rotational basis) with roster-based weekly offs (no fixed offs on Saturdays and Sundays). Candidates must be located within 25 km of Ecospace, Kolkata.
