Job Title : Customer Support Executive International Banking Process

Work Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Shift:UK Shift (5 Days Working, 2 Fixed Week Offs)

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused professionals to join our International Banking Voice Support team. In this role, you will assist global customers with their banking-related queries and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from international customers regarding banking products and services.

Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to accounts, transactions, credit/debit cards, online banking, and general banking services.

Troubleshoot issues, raise service requests, and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately and adhere to company compliance, regulatory, and data security standards.

Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and productivity targets.

Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Customer Support) preferably in the banking domain.

Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.

Must possess valid experience or relieving letter (UAN verification required).

Ability to work in a structured and compliance-driven environment.

Compensation:Experienced Candidates: Up to 6 LPA (based on experience and communication skills)
