Role Overview: As a Business Development Specialist, your main role will involve driving customer acquisition in new markets, pioneering financial products for businesses, and developing a growth strategy. You will need to leverage your strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers. The job location for this position is Solitaire Corporate Park, Andheri, Mumbai. You will be expected to work from the office from Monday to Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays off. Additionally, the shift timings are US Shift Timings from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales through new accounts for revenue growth with a prime focus on outbound and inbound leads, specifically targeting the US market - Develop and execute account plans to achieve targets, including account qualification, mapping, and delivering product presentations - Identify customers" business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and establish long-term strategic partnerships through multithreading - Determine the availability needs and objectives gains of businesses for proposed solutions/services, aligning them with customer business growth - Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and industry research - Serve as the key client contact for multiple accounts Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results - High motivation and self-starter mentality - 4-5+ years of experience in sales - Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers in small/medium and large-sized companies in the respective territory - Comfortable with an individual-contributor role - Prior work experience in trade finance, international logistics, or related fields such as exports is a plus (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
