Internal Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at our Sales & Marketing department based in Dalhousie, Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with customers, sales executives, and internal departments to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will involve managing schedules, customer requirements, and client communications in coordination with the sales team. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining various sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and agreements. Additionally, you will update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales reports while collaborating with internal departments like accounts, logistics, and marketing to maintain a smooth workflow. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Moreover, you will support the sales team in creating presentations, proposals, and tenders. Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports for management review, and assisting in marketing activities like campaigns, exhibitions, and product promotions will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. While freshers are welcome to apply, experienced individuals with a background in sales coordination or customer support are preferred. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication is required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines is crucial. While knowledge of the industrial valves, actuators, or engineering industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
