Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Legal Compliance Audits

Assist in auditing compliance with corporate, contractual, and statutory obligations.
Verify adherence to legal documentation processes and timelines.

Contract Review & Tracking :

Support the review of vendor, client, and employee contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain a repository of contracts and track key dates/obligations.

Regulatory Monitoring :

Assist in monitoring changes in laws/regulations that may affect the organization.
Ensure documentation and processes are updated accordingly.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare reports summarizing legal audit findings.
Escalate potential legal risks or breaches to the senior legal team.

Collaboration :

Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to close audit points.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for information gathering.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education: Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (LLB preferred).
Experience: 03 years in legal compliance, contract management, or audit.
Understanding of corporate laws, labor laws, and contract terms.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Key Competencies :

Ethical judgment and integrity.
Methodical and detail-oriented approach.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams.
