The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices, combined with practical experience in accounting and financial management. The candidate may should complete the final level of Chartered Accountancy, they will possess the skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to our finance function. Key Area Responsibilities: · Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning, client interaction on all the ongoing projects. · Collaborate within the Team and Clients on tax preparation and planning. · Represent clients with IRS, State, or other audits. · Review completed tax forms and provided recommendations to team members of our team when needed. · Research and resolve tax and accounting issues affecting the client’s firms. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service. · Should be able to handle GST related matters. · Participating in Company Financial Audits (internal, statutory, management's audits). · Reviewing Company law matters. · Drafting of Replies for notices received from various tax authorities. Required Candidate Profile: Desired skills: · CA Final . · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required. (Nice to have Masters). · 1-3 years’ experience in public accounting and in CA firm's (Mandatory). · Strong knowledge related to accounting software applications. · In-depth tax knowledge at the local, state, and central tax acts. · Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients · Able to work in a fast-paced environment · Sound knowledge of the document review. · Knowledge of litigation management. · Industry specific subject matter knowledge/understanding. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT). · Good verbal and written communication skills.
