Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, emails, intranet posts, etc.
Coordinate with the Communications Specialist and Design Team to support execution of communication plans.
Help manage and update internal communication channels (Intranet, Teams, internal newsletters).
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across communication platforms.
Support in collecting information, stories, and content from different stakeholders.
Assist in creating templates, layouts, and structured communication formats.
Track communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and feedback.
Maintain communication calendars and timelines.

Qualifications

Recent graduate (fresher) with a degree or in the last year of Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Creative and collaborative mindset with an interest in content creation and communication strategies.
Basic experience with MS Office is preferred.
Familiarity with design tools (Canva/Adobe) is a plus
