Internal Communication - Human Resources

As an Internal Communication & Design Specialist at our company in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for combining strategic communication with strong design expertise to craft impactful employee experiences. If you are passionate about storytelling, designing engaging campaigns, and fostering a connected workplace culture, we invite you to apply for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture. - Maintain a structured internal communication calendar for key initiatives and campaigns. - Design and deliver compelling content across formats such as newsletters, memos, infographics, videos, blogs, and presentations. - Simplify complex business messages into clear, accessible, and visually engaging communication materials. - Ensure consistency of tone, style, and brand identity across all employee communications. - Manage and enhance internal communication channels, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Intranet, and digital displays. - Create and maintain visually appealing templates and assets to standardize communication formats. - Partner with senior leadership and business teams to design communication strategies for organizational updates and change management. - Work closely with the People Experience team to support campaigns on culture, recognition, employer branding, and learning initiatives. - Evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns through surveys, polls, and analytics. - Present quarterly insights through visually designed reports with recommendations for continuous improvement. - Design creative collaterals for employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and cultural events. - Conceptualize and manage branded merchandise, gifts, and internal swag aligned with employee experience goals. - Support event communication with digital invitations, posters, backdrops, and other creative assets. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in internal/corporate communications, ideally in the IT or technology sector. - Proven experience in designing visual communication assets. In this role, you are expected to have proficiency in internal communication tools such as MS Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and email platforms. Strong design expertise in Canva and Microsoft Office is required, while working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a distinct advantage. You should be able to create high-quality visuals, layouts, and infographics for digital and print. Your exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, combined with the ability to merge written content with creative design to maximize engagement, are essential. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are also key to success in this role. Being proactive, detail-oriented, and a creative thinker with a strong design sensibility is highly valued. Preferred skills include basic video editing, motion graphics, or animation experience, familiarity with survey tools and designing engaging dashboards, as well as exposure to branding and visual identity design.,
