Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Publishing Post engaging content daily on Instagram and Facebook (Reels, Carousels, Stories, and Videos). Create original content featuring your face and voice around temple visits, darshans, local rituals, and our spiritual tour offerings. Capture and share behind-the-scenes experiences to connect with our audience. Community Engagement Respond actively to DMs, comments, and engage with similar devotional content. Stay on top of trending topics to keep content fresh and relevant. Actively curate and repost high-quality UGC from devotees and travelers. Brand Representation Be the online face and personality of Sri Yatra during your contract. Embody the spiritual essence of the brand while driving its digital growth. Your Goals (First 3 Months): Grow our Instagram and Facebook following to 10,000+ organic followers . Maintain a high engagement rate (authentic likes, shares, comments, saves). Build a strong and loyal devotional online community. Requirements: Social Media Presence: Minimum 15,000 followers on Instagram with at least 50% dharmik/devotional content . Demonstrated high engagement rate with genuine interactions. Content Skills: Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking to audiences. Ability to independently create compelling Reels, Stories, and voiceovers. Prior experience in content creation for devotional or travel niches is preferred. Location: Must be based in or willing to travel to Ayodhya or Varanasi frequently. Bonus: Experience with YouTube content creation is a significant plus. Past collaborations with spiritual or travel brands are advantageous.
