Join our Corporate Communications team as AGM – Internal Communications & Content and shape the internal narrative that drives culture, connection, and leadership visibility. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Lead internal communication strategy in collaboration with HR and leadership. ✔️ Build strong internal employer branding and leadership presence. ✔️ Drive content for newsletters, reports (Annual, ESG), town halls & internal events. ✔️ Create compelling video, print & digital content across platforms. ✔️ Plan and execute flagship employee events & milestone campaigns. ✔️ Curate leadership blogs, HR stories, speeches, and product content. ✔️ Manage internal communication budgets, policies, and surveys. 🔹 What We’re Looking For: ✅ 10–12 years of experience in internal comms, PR, or journalism ✅ Excellent English & Hindi writing and editing skills ✅ Strong leadership, planning & stakeholder management abilities ✅ Hands-on with strategy, storytelling, and execution across digital & print Education: 🎓 MBA/PGDM in Communications/Marketing or 🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Comm, Journalism, or PR 📬 If you’re ready to lead with empathy, creativity, and strategic focus, apply now!!
