Role & Responsibility

Assist in
audit preparation
, documentation, and responding to auditor queries.
Prepare and maintain
audit schedules, financial reconciliations, and variance analyses
.
Support in the
implementation and monitoring of internal controls
and compliance with company policies.
Review
trial balances, ledgers, and financial statements
to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of information and audit deliverables.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend control enhancements.
Prepare
MIS and management reports
for review by senior management.

Qualification

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
Prior experience in
audit, internal controls, or financial reporting
preferred.
Strong understanding of
accounting standards, internal audit frameworks, and statutory compliance
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP preferred)
, and audit tools.

Remuneration:

The offered remuneration for this position shall not exceed ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) per month, inclusive of all fixed components.
