Job Description

Auditor Transport & Logistics Industry

Location: Surat, Gujarat
Industry: Transport & LogisticsExperience: 2 – 5 years

Company Overview:

We are a well-established player in the transport and logistics sector with a strong national presence. Our operations are spread across India, offering tech-enabled and efficient goods transport solutions to a wide range of industries.

Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits across branch operations and departments.
Audit financial records, freight bills, vendor payments, and goods movement.
Assess and improve internal controls and compliance with GST/TDS regulations.
Prepare and present audit findings with actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with departments for timely implementation of corrective actions.
Assist external auditors during statutory audits.
Investigate financial discrepancies and suspected frauds, if any.

Candidate Profile:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field.
CA (Inter), CMA, or CIA certification is a plus.
2–5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in logistics or transport.
Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
